Refund Policy

  • DEMI DIEUS is not responsible for any damage after the delivery of the products.
  • For claims regarding missing items, leakage, breakage, damage, or incorrect products, an unboxing video with the original packaging is mandatory.
  • In case of a refund claim, contact our customer care team at +91 9311772317 or email us at sales@demidieus.com with the subject line “Refund For [Order Number]” and attach necessary images/videos supporting your claim.
  • If the package appears tampered with, damaged, or defective upon delivery, refuse to accept it from the delivery partner and contact our customer care immediately.
  • If your order is marked as delivered but not received, report this to our customer care team within 3 days of delivery status. No refunds will be processed after this period.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be credited to the bank account provided by the customer within 4-7 working days after approval.
  • Refund claims must be made within 24 hours of order delivery with all necessary evidence.
  • Once accepted, refunds may take up to 15 days to process and credit.
  • DEMI DIEUS will share all refund transaction details, including screenshots and transaction IDs, upon initiation.

Return Policy

  • Due to hygiene and safety concerns, opened or used products cannot be returned.
  • DEMI DIEUS products contain active ingredients; damages caused by neglect, improper usage, or sensitivities to ingredients are not covered under this policy. Patch testing is recommended as mentioned on the product labels.
  • In rare cases of transit damage (leakage, broken items, or missing components), a refund or exchange can be initiated after thorough verification.
  • Damaged products must be reported to customer care within 24-48 hours of delivery.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch from our warehouse. A gateway charge of 2.5% will be deducted for such cancellations.
  • Prepaid order refunds for cancellations will be credited to the original payment method within 15 days of acceptance.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. For prepaid orders returned to us post-shipping, a fee of â‚č75 will be deducted.

Q.1) After acceptance of cancellation/refund, how long will it take to receive my funds?

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 15 days of cancellation acceptance.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed to the bank account provided by the customer within 4-7 working days.
  • All refund details, including transaction IDs, will be shared by DEMI DIEUS once the refund is initiated.

Q.2) Does the policy cover opened/used products?

  • No, opened or used products are not covered under this policy. Only claims for missing items, leakage, broken, or damaged products will be entertained.
